ActionMail

ActionMail was my diploma project, though it was created not for that purpose.

It is a fully-functional POP3 and SMTP server for Windows, having extremely flexible rules for mail routing, based on Condition-Action system. It is practically finished as a product, but has absolutely no documentation.
